How to Create a Shipping Discount

Step 1: Open Discount Rules from your app navigation.

Step 2: Click Shipping Discount.

Step 3: On the next page, click Create Discount.

Step 4: Name Your Discount – enter a title. This will appear as the discount name at cart and checkout.

Step 5: Select Shipping Method:

• From the dropdown, choose All Shipping Methods or Specific Shipping Methods.

• If Specific, type the exact method name → press Enter → it will appear below the dropdown.

Step 6: Choose Discount Type – Percentage or Fixed Amount.

Step 7: Set Discount Rules – apply based on cart value.

Step 8: Set Active Dates – define when the offer runs

Step 9: Click Save to activate.

Step 10: To stop the offer anytime, click Deactivate.

Where Will the Offer Display?

Once configured, the Shipping Discount will be automatically shown on the respective, making it visible to customers directly on your storefront.
