CustomPrint is a Shopify app that allows customers to personalize products using text, images, stickers, and artwork templates before placing an order.
Enable the app in Settings, then go to Online Store → Customise and turn on the Customised. Also, ensure the artwork is assigned to the product.
Yes. Customers can upload their own images during the customization process if image uploads are enabled for the artwork.
Go to Artworks → Create New, choose a canvas size, add design elements such as text, images, or stickers, and save the artwork.
Yes. A single artwork template can be linked to multiple Shopify products.
Check that:
- The app is enabled.
- The Theme App Embed is enabled.
- The artwork is assigned to the product.
- The product is active in your online store.
Create an artwork, assign it to a product, customize the product on the storefront, add it to the cart, and place a test order.
Customization details are attached to the Shopify order and can be viewed when reviewing the order in Shopify Admin.
CustomPrint can send customized design previews in PDF or image format via email, depending on the preview mode selected in Settings.
Review the setup checklist, verify product assignments and app embed settings, and run a test order. If the issue persists, contact support with screenshots and order details.
