The Terms and Conditions for the product and services provided by Oscprofessionals are as follows:
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
The customer assert that he has read and understood the Terms and Conditions by accepting to the products and services provided by Oscprofessionals.
When the customer places an order or accepts a service or makes a payment, they agree to the terms and conditions.
Oscprofessionals reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
2. SUPPORT AND SERVICE
After the project has been completed, Oscprofessionals will provide one month of technical support for the task delivered if any bugs due to that task.
If any other developer is working in parallel / during / after the project has been delivered then company support and service for the given project is void and we are no more responsible for the bugs on that project.
The Price of product or service on Oscprofessionals is subject to change as per companies sole discretion.

4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION
We encourage our customers to resolve disagreements amicably.
By purchasing the product or service you accept the terms & conditions of Oscprofessionals.
Under no circumstances will the refund amount exceed the fee charged by Oscprofessionals for the specific service where the client has requested a refund against or 500 USD whichever is less.
Refund is applicable only if Oscprofessionals are not able to deliver the ordered services. If we have delivered the services then we will assist you fix if the issues are raised in the stated timeline as per our terms and conditions.
A problem that arrives or reported after our support period will not be refunded and will be considered an extra support effort.
