Exported product file or any other file in CSV format in mobile or drive from the app does not get imported, it gets open when we select the exported file to import?

On some mobile devices it happens.

So you have to follow below steps to import CSV.
>>Import/Export
>>Select Product import.
>>Product import from mobile.
>>File Manager
>>Find Sales assist folder
>>Product CSV folder
>>Select your csv file.

Note: Don’t search file directly, import through “Sales Assist” folder.
